Thumbs up STB - Vert

https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=605118

Well I ended up getting a 2 pt STB and just put it in today. Took the car for some very hard corners and the difference is VERY noticable. I was extremly skeptical as most people don't notice a thing different.. but maybe its most beneficial for verts, maybe its more noticable with my stiffer lowered suspension as well, maybe it's the 35mm swaybar....

The front feels more together when just driving around, this is a very subjective opinion though and the difference is minor. However the most noticable difference is when taking very hard sharp turns - the GF even noticed it

Previously if I took a turn a bit too hard the tires would complain and slide, the car would also feel somewhat springy and out of control beyond a certain point - a slight swerve and correction would be required. Now without a doubt the tires stay planted and the springyness is completly gone. When the sliding first starts in a hard turn it now feels 100x more stable and definatly safer. I always assumed the springyness was "normal"!

Rattles seem to be less inside too, may be all in my mind though

My take is if you have a vert, and like to take the occasional hard corner you NEED a STB.

Stay tuned - Bolt in and soon to be Welded in SFC's next!
