Squeeling from brakes

Recently I cleaned all the brakes on my car. It's an '86 Berlinetta with front discs and rear drums. there was a LOT of dust and gunk on the rear drums and the discs were only slightly dirty. Well I cleaned them up real good with some brake cleaner and then I wiped the inside of the drums out. I made sure everything moved freely and I put the drum back on. I did this to both my rear brakes and then I just kind of cleaned off the fronts with brake cleaner. I then put everything back together and took the car for a spin. On slow gradual stops (not when you really get on the brakes) there's a very high pitch spqueeliing which sounds like it's coming from the driver's side drum. It's definitely not on the passenger's side of the car. Does anyone know what this could be? Could it be that the dust and grime on the shoes was covering up the warning sensor or something and now it's time to get new shoes? If not what else?

EDIT: Are there even warning warning sensors on drums or is that just on discs?
