solid steel bushings in lca?

i came across a set of lcas on ebay. they were rod on one end bushing on the other. the listing says they are solid steel bushings! would that just shoot vibrations through the entire car?

Rod ends are basically solid bushings... not much compliance there... I'm not sure what he means by 'solid steel' bushings on the other... doesn't really make sense.

my lakewoods have steel inserts that go in between the bolt and the poly bushing.. Maybe that is what they are talking about?
