when i buy a roll bar should i buy bolt in or weld in? pros and cons of both please, thanks

im pretty sure bolt-in is not NHRA legal.

Bolt-ins are NHRA legal, in unit body chassis. They require that the bolted connection consist of two 1/8" thick, 6"x6" steel plates, with the floor sandwiched between the plates.
