I have an adjustable BMR chromeoly Panhard Rod that I would like to change to "Rod End" version b/c I feel that will be more reliable than the ends that come from BMR. I was going to purchase QA1 Rod Ends from Summit (XMR-12 and XML-12) They are $30 ea. Should I just sell the entire bar and buy one that has rod ends?

I did exactly what you're planning, and it worked fine, tracked the car for several years like that. So unless you can get that new bar for less than $60, and know it has good rod ends, I'd just upgrade what you've got.
