Question Rear noise?

I have a rear clunking noise comming from somewhere in the rear of the car, sounds more to the right hand side of the car. Only when I back up turning hard left. Sounds like something metal, spring, not a grinding noise.
My wheel bearing is going bad in the right rear, would this cause this problem?
Any information...PLEASE..give.
Thanks!
