QA1's single vs. double adjustable

going on a 94 camaro DD car. I know with double adjustable it allows you to adjust rebound, but on a DD Car with track time every once in awhile is it nessisary or is it more recomended for a DD. Also i would guess its more important in the front than rear with double adjustable. not sure though. I am about to buy new shocks and springs but dont want to spend extra on double adjustable if its not worth it. Wisdom please....
