Primer for suspension improvements?

I have a 95 Z28 that was stock until my engine went. I am rebuilding the engine with a 383 stroker kit and expect to get 400 RWHP and it will be prepared for a blower later. I would like to improve my suspension as well. I want to do this in stages. My goal is to have a daily driver that is comfortable on the freeway, yet can run the canyons to the beach on weekends. I am not interested in ¼ mile type racing at this time. My thoughts are to do a Koni-Bilstein shock treatment with a 35 MM front sway bar. Is this a good start? What should be phase 2 & 3? Maybe you could start a FAQ section for this question. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that's what is best for our cars when it comes to auto-cross style racing.

Just so you know though. I just dumped eibach prokit and bilstein HDs on all four corners and I love the way my car feels now.

Yes that is a good start. After that I would consider SFCs and wheels and tires.

I'd say that's a great start, you will be amazed the way your car handles after that.
SFC's will enhance your handling after the shocks/springs upgrade.
