Post LS1 brake upgrade - steering light and car veers off to the left.. bent knuckle?

Just got through putting on new steering knuckles, calipers and bleeding the whole system. Problem is, the car veers off to the left and the steering is kind of soft. I haven't gotten an alignment yet so that might be it, but are these symptoms of bent steering knuckles? i need help on this bad guys

thanks!

You need to take it to an alignment shop and see if they can align it. Most likely, you just need to get things straightened out. Hopefully. Make sure you let them know what you did, so they know that things might be pretty far off to start.

Yep, get that thing to an alignment shop. I was pretty lucky. I lowered my car the same time I did the LS1 brake upgrade and I didn't really even need to get it aligned, but I did anyways. Better to be safe than sorry.

i think you need to get it aligned first. Its just a guessing game why it could be pulling until you get the alignment checked out. My car didn't need to be aligned when i had it checked out after i did my LS1 swap.

You stated that you installed "new" steering knuckles...why would you suspect a bent steering knuckle? Get it aligned first.

I maybe wrong but i think he meant New as in a set of used, New to his car LS1 knuckles.

When replacing suspension components you will usually need to get the car aligned. Before they align it they check for worn steering/suspension parts anyways.
