Picked up a 2000 SS vert - Brake Question

With the '96 totaled - I got a 2000 SS. Needs some TLC - starting with brakes. Anybody tell me whether brakes on this is as much of a stroll in the park as the '96 was? ...and is there any brake differences between the SS and the Z28?

Yep, LS1 brakes are easy.

You'll also find that they're MUCH stronger than your LT1 brakes were.

Just like everyone said. They're simple to work on.

Some other points. Stock rotors are light and prone to warpage. Some aftermarket blanks, good performance oriented pads and some fresh performance oriented fluid goes a long way in making their brake system feel and work better.
