Understeer is when the front of the car hits the wall, oversteer is when the rear hits

Oversteer = loose = rear end wants to swing out easily, or feeling like it does.

Understeer = tight = Car does not want to turn, feels like it just wants to go straight.

Funny because it's true!!

Although Bayer explained it a little closer to the "technical" descriptions .

Wink a 3rd condition

And a nuetral car is where you pancake the whole side
of the car in the fence
Which could be good or could be bad
(Good); suspension setup up good, and you just stuffed it in to hard
(Bad); Broke loose easily, need to re evaluate setup at
both ends of the car
I always like having a slightly loose car to where you can
control the car using the gas. With a tight car and you lose
the front, you just induce more front end push when you have to
brake to slow it down.
