Opinions on the Following:

I'm sure I will be going with the SLP Spring/Blistein package for my 95 Z convertable, heard a lot of positive things about it and the amount of drop (~.5"-1").
What are the spring rates for it though?
http://www.angelfire.com/my/fastcar/suspension.html lists two spring rates for stage 1 and 2.

Also, I'm debating if I should get an Adjustable panhard bar, LCA's and Swaybar while im at it.
- Which of these would I see the most benefit and how?
- Also, with the small drop, would I "need" an adjustable PHB?

I want to retain my off the line traction, as it's started to fade away with the few boltons (and worn tires) I have already! lol.

Anyhow, how much of a difference will I notice from each of the 3 above? Will I need any other parts for when I do the suspension work?
