Check spohn website. They have all this stuff. I too am going to do the k member and a arms at some point. i would use them. Get some good adjustable shocks so you can taylor your ride a bit. Gives you some choices.

I hate it when people say maro

For a smooth ride, spring rates on the soft end of the spectrum and properly matched shocks are what you want. Use oem type bushings in oem suspension parts, aftermarket A arms and such typically use bushings with less impact absorbtion abilities than the stock stuff.

Not sure how converting to a tubular K-member, upper and lower A-arms would contribute to a "smoother" ride, other than a bit of weight reduction. Seems like the wrong place to spend money for that purpose.

This is exactly the reason i asked you all who know about suspension. always ask if you dont know or you gonna spend a bunch of unnecessary money that could go 2 other upgrades for the lovely "CAMARO"

If you are satisfied with the ride and handling, then just replace the shocks with some adjustable shocks and use the stock springs. No need to spend all of that money unless you are in a serious wieght shedding mood.

I dont do track racing so no need to lose weight only time to time race is when someone pull up talking trash. i just want a bit more power and a smoother ride and it sounds like adjustable shocks will do the trick.

O' Yeah, what brand do you rec., how much, and where to buy?

Since you are sticking to the street, I would say Koni shocks. They have an adjustable perch design so you can choose between two different ride heights. Not only that but they are a really good quality shock with a decent amount of ride adjustment.

If you can not afford the Koni's, the second best choice in my opinion is the KYB AGX. They are adjustable and cost much less.

Koni's are nice but if you want to just install and drive and not have to worry about "setting up" your suspension, the Tokico HP is an option.
