Need help with brakes

My car has no brakes. I had an abs inop light, and had it scanned. There was a broken wire on the rt. front sensor. The light is off now, but still have no brakes. The scan also said i have 2 volts on the abs battery. Should there be more? I bleed the lines, and checked the 2 fuses under the hood. Could it be the abs relay? Brakes feel like driving a car with no power brakes.

When the inop light came on, did it blink, or just light up normally? If it lit up normally then most likely there is still an ABS problem in the system. (yes relay is a possible) If it flashed, that means that one of the major brake components is at fault. I'm not sure, but I think the ABS is supposed to have more voltage than that.

No, it didnt blink. It just stayed on. I guess i'll try the relay first. The light is off now that i fixed the broken wire, but if there was still something wrong wouldnt the light still be on?

Again, since the light did not flash, that means the ABS system. Check the sensor at the wheel and the main relay, that one wire may have shorted something. If you remember hitting something, go over that side with a fine tooth comb, and make sure there is no other damage.
