need help

Working on a $400 budget and want to get better traction what would be the best springs with 1" drop with LCA's torque bar sway bar or panhard rod?

As far as springs go, I'd get the Eibach drag springs. And a SPOHN/BMR torque arm would round the package out.

It depends on what kind of traction you are wanting.

For drag racing, start with slicks.

For street, tires.

For road racing, tires.

That's about the best place to start. It all depends on what you want to do with the car.

but does he want drag traction? or cornering traction.

for cornering I would says LCA's and PHB from his list, and with a pro kit.

unless he is saying he has a 1" drop already and wants to know whats next... but then we need to know what he wants to do (drag or corner) what springs, and what shocks.

I agree he was a tad vague on the details, so I took a stab in the dark. I think I got the main point right though.
