Well i need some suggestions. I was about to order all air ride kit for my car but i just keep thinking about lowering with just springs. I dont know if i want to go air ride or just lower it with springs. The springs and shocks are gone on my car right now so i was getting ready to order either one of the air ride or just a good suspension setup. I want the car to ride alot bit better. I do some drag racing and some road racing. Just need some opinions. If not air ride what setup should i go with.

i saw a program about the air ride, even for f-body and they said good things about it. More for road racing not drag, although i really like the look of lowing your ride when want to, but bad thing would be the extra weight and space of the cyclinders

 

i love my air ride setup... weight isn't any more then the next setup. nothing you'll notice.

www.ridetech.com will get you started on some info. definately do not do cylinders as they ride very rough. air struts and bags only. be sure to do a 4 way setup so you don't have air transfer.. little more expensive for the extra valves but well worth it and if you can fit it a 5 gallon tank with a viair 450 compressor works well. if you can afford a better compressor spring for it and if you have to go smaller a 3 gallon will work but you'll run out of air quickly if you play at all.

all in all i love my setup which has a 4 way big red valve kit, custom qa1 12 way billet strut bags for the front and a 4thgen rear bag set for the back. all ART parts, great setup.

 

I would go for the air if you have the money. Just remember to do it right the frist time
