the others are fine but the outisde passenger rear wont fit in. its looks like it isnt shaped right or is too big. i might be able to force it in but then it will be stuck and not work right.

Must mean the guy at the auto parts store sold you the wrong pads Or somebody yanked a pad, and put a different one in it's place

1. buy correct pad
2. push piston in.
3. insert brake pad.
4. reinstall caliper.

What bolt did you break, and where? Is half of it still stuck in the hole? Most likely they are available at the parts store. If it's just a standard bolt (not the sliding pins), then you should be able to find it at a hardware store.

And jesus, up until an hour ago I was on the east side of Aurora at the gf's place. I should have driven by and laughed at you.

thank you

before i finish up....this is what i have been doing.

1 unbolt caliper
2 remove old pads
3 unbolt caliper mounting bracket
4 remove old rotor
5 put on new rotor
6 put caliper mounting bracket back on
7 grease outside of new pads/inside of caliper
8 put on new pads
9 compress caliper piston
10 put caliper back on

I also rinsed the new rotors with water. (i was told by someone else i had to wash them or something)

is this all right?
