My front end sounds like its falling off!

Hi everyone, just purchased a 95 Z28 Camaro a few days ago. Whenever I turn in a tight circle I hear a very loud grinding noise coming from the front, and I can feel my steering jerking in my hands. Also when I turn the wheel all the way to one side it makes a very loud squealing noise, All this combines and it sounds like my front end is ready to fall of. My power steering fluid is full....What gives? Thanks

Maybe bad steering rack, tie rod ends, ball joints, or all above. Jack up one side front wheel, support car in jack stand, grab the wheel at 3 and 9 posits then push lady and right. If moves then issue with rack or tie rod ends. Next grab wheel at 12 and 6 positions and push in on top and bottom. If wheel moves then possible issues with ball joints. If neither moves drop that side then go to other side and do same thing. My friends mustang was having wierd steering issues, turned out to be rack broken internally and needed replaced. Good luck.
