M5 Shift problems

I recently installed a poly tranny mount on my T5, but now its hard to shift into 2nd. The shifter shaft is hitting the center console inside the car and preventing the transmission from easily going into gear. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it without changing the mount?

Re: M5 Shift problems

please add a signature with your year make model and a list of mods

its alot easier than mind reading

did you use washers when you installed the poly mount?
it sounds like the tranny may be too high in the tunnel
