lt1 rack and pinion

I just registered today, I have a 95z28 with high miles a few bolt on's running 8's in 1/8 just want to know if anyone could tell me what the diiference between a f41 and fe2 sterring rack and pinion and what is the best application for my z

As far as I know there is no difference between those two, it's 1LE and FE2 that are different. FE2 is normal suspension. I don't know what F41 is, I know it is a sport suspension though.
