Lowering my Z28??
Lowering my Z28??
As you can see in my link in sig after getting my TT2's on the car it sits a little high (it did before but I notice it more now). What is the easiest and chepaest way to lower the rear about 1" and front no more than 1.5"? Im not too concerned on ride being better, the stock feel is fine with me.
Have you thought of lowering springs
you do have a few choices for springs that only lower the car 1". Others might tell you to remove the rear spring isolator, but i tryed that and the difference is not noticable, get new springs if you want to see a difference.

It won't feel stock with lowering springs, they are shorter and stiffer..... And shocks are *spring dampers*, and the stock ones are pretty poor for the stock springs, let alone lowering springs. Not so simple unless literally looks is all you care about. Ride, control, stability, etc. will all suffer. And BTW, lowering changes geometry and at minimum you'll need an adjustable PHB too.
Because you are moving the body side PHB mount down, but not the axle side, which puts the PHB on an angle--effectively shortening it which shifts the location of the axle relative to the body of the car.
Your axle will be pulled to the right of the car...

Slightly jacking the thread, but is it ok to drive the car for a while without an adjustable PHB if the car is lowered? Ill be slapping on an SLP suspension kit shortly and would like to wait to buy an adjustable PHB till summer, but if its necessary i can get it now i suppose.
It will be safe to drive but is no longer optimized for handling or traction. In addition to Sam's suggestion of an adjustable PHR, you will also need LCA relocation brackets to properly restore or improve your traction on launches.
