Well, what are C5 wagon wheels?

I have an Eibach Pro Kit and Bilstein HD's with chrome Y2K C5 wheels, but mine are 17x9.5 all the way around. Sits perfectly, no rubbing, no problems whatsoever. Used to have pictures online, but the server's down....I'll put some up soon.

I don't have those rims, but I have 17" rims. My car is lowered 1 5/8 in the front and 1 1/2 in back. Not sure on the width off the top of my head, but they are pretty wide. Never had any rubbing problems. However, get ready for a stiff ride if you lower it (worth the added handling imo).

Mine is lowered about as much as it can be.

I use 17x9.5 46mm offset all the way around on the street and 17x11's all the way around to race.

It's not the diameter of the wheel you have to worry about, it's the width and offset of the wheels and width of tires. I'm not sure of the offset of those Corvette wheels though.

I have the Wagon wheels. I did the LS1 Big brake swap w/ the whole strut. That included EIBACH 1.8 DROP SPORTLINES. It sits LOW... But there are no issues... I hammered out the wells for about 2 minutes... just to make myself feel better. I wouldnt recomment the sportlines... they drop too low.... get some mac lowering springs... I will try to get pics in a day or two.

I don't recommend the Sportlines for anyone. They are too low for the stiffness and you'll be riding the bump stops all the time.

I have some for sale though...

I sit just as low right now with my Ground Control coilovers and 500 lb springs but it rides great and handles even better.

I have BMR lowering spring with the 97-99 C5 wheels. And I haven't had a problem yet. I had to do some fender pounding, but that wasn't a huge issue. I believe the car was lowered about 1.5" after all the settling was done. I do have 18" wheels all around, so if you're doing the 17/18, then you shouldn't have a problem at all. Get an adj. PHR if you haven't already gotten one.

My '97 SS has been lowered about 1.5" with a Eibach Pro-Kit. I have 17X9 wheels with P275/40R17 tires. No issues with rubbing. I agree with Steve above. It's not the diameter of the wheel so much that you have to worry about, it is mainly the offset of the wheels.

I have the Eibach Sportlines and I don't have any issues with the ride height.

Re: lowered LT1's please come inside

I used to have real c5s thinspokes, not replicas, and they rubbed in the rear when cornering. It seems the replica wheels don't have rubbing problems.
