Looking for pics of stock springs and konis w/iso mod.

Hey guys I am still looking for some pics with this setup. I would like to go back to my stock springs with Koni SA shocks. I would like to do the lower perch with the heater hose isolator mod. Does any one have any pics of their cars? I was waiting for a fellow member since June, but still no pics. Thanks.......John

Go onto ls1tech. Look under suspension IIRC. If not there, under appearance. There should be a long thread stickied with a plethora of pictures. There are some of what you seek.

What picture are you looking for? The spring and shock on the rear end?

No, I would like to see the stance of the car after the install. I want to see a side view of this. I want to make sure it is going to be low enough. Thanks.... John

Sorry, don't have one of those on file. I can tell you this, with 17" tires, the drop is significant enough to see a difference, but not enough to cause problems with speed bumps or driveways. I dropped about 1/2" in the rear. Anymore of a drop and it would be a problem for me.

The wheelwells look uniform now....no more large gap at the top of the wheel.

i dont have a camera so i cant show you, but i did have them in the normal postion to start and puting them in the lower spot doesnt do much. i dont even notice the difference from mine to a stock height car. but i guess i dont pay attention to the space between the tire and fender.

Sorry it took so long, but here is a pic of my car. Stock springs, Koni's, front set on lower perch, heater hose for isolator on rear springs.

No problem, I didn't want to bother you anymore. The car looks great! How are you enjoying the new tops? You said, the ride is great with this setup? Thanks again...John
