I've narrowed my k-member choice down to Spohn or UMI. Occasional street driven, weekend racer [mid 12's]. Any input on pros or cons of these two brands appreciated. Thanks.

 

Has Spohn released a k-member for the 4th gens yet? I know it has been in the works for awhile, but I haven't followed up on it. Frankly, you can't go wrong with either company. Both make good quality parts for very good rates. Personally, every suspension piece on my car is from Spohn. There good customer service made me a repeat customer.

 

I completely agree with 2000GTP. Both Spohn and UMI make good quality parts for very good rates. I like the UMI k-member because it comes with the option to add additional bracing.

 

anyone have experience with the UMI kmember and the ptk kit if so was it good because if it was then i think i found my k member

 

We have sold a few and the response has been great. Unfortunately, as far as I know, noone that purchased one was using a PTK kit.

 

I've got the UMI k-member w/ the extra bracing. I like it because they incorporated a extra bar to block the oil pan. Spohn on the other claims his will never break.......ever. Big *** claim and would be cool if it holds true.
