How hard is it to change brake pads?

How hard is it to change brake pads on my 97 Z28 with 4 wheel disk brakes? I have one rear that just went metal to metal so I know I'll have to turn that rotor, so how hard is it to just replace the pads on the other 3? (The other 3 are not metal to metal nor are they grooved in anyway).

Anyone have a step by step guide with some pics perhaps?

It's relatively easy, but I would suggest you buy a manual of some type to help you. You will need a 3/8" allen socket for the fronts.
