How do I know if my front wheel bearing are going bad? Is there a particular noise I should hear? I am hearing a slight "wobble" sound coming from the front. Is there a grinding feel or clicking when they are bad?

You will hear a grinding noise when wheel bearing are going, it will be a constant noise but the pitch will change when you turn the wheel right to left when driving. Now there are exceptions to everything I have had bearings make no noise and be ready to fall out in my hands. Raise the suspension properly and check to see if it is loose. If you have a wobble you might have other suspension issues like tie rod ends etc.

I actuallly just had my front driver side wheel bearing replaced as there was some slack in it... I was getting an intense vibration in my steering wheel at highway speeds. Don't know if that helps you.
