How do I change brakes?

I bought brake pads, took off the wheels. Went to unbolt the caliper and WTF, is there a special tool that needed to take it off? Because I cannot get it off. I only tried to change the front ones because they needed the swap the most. And I found this strange thing holding it on and I do not know what kind of tool is required to remove it.

Its a 1995 Formula Firebird.

Yep, i think most people got shocked, well, i looked and ls1 breaks needed different tools, yeah, so go to your home depot, and buy the 8mm Allen Key, I preffer defnitely a socket for a torque wrench/wrench. Makes it Much easier. =)

I am fairly sure it is 15mm, someone correct me if i am wrong.
