Hours for a shop to do SFC's on a Vert

How many hours would you give a shop to do weld in SFC's and weld in relocation brackets(done well). The SFC's are painted and would need some grinding.

Got what I think is a ridiculously high quote from a place.. so want to see what people think it should be

an hour is good....have to level the car 100%.....put up the SFC, tack it, then put a nice bead....spray paint the welded area, then do the other side......an hour to 1.5 hours is about right....welding is an art

About an hour, maybe a few minutes more. And don't let any place tell you otherwise.
