Help!! Brakes barely working.

Ive had a problem with my brakes for a while but I never realized how bad it was. They dont stop the care very well at all. I went to pull into my parking space and was doing like 3mph and I hit the brakes to stop and it goes all the way to floor and the car comes to a slow stop. I have tried to bleed the brakes but it doesnt seem to help. Any ideas??

yeah...you have to plug the "GM ONLY SCAN TOOL" to the data port, do what it says.

it's crazy...like 25 steps. hook it up and it'll give the vin, you verify, ask for the 8th vin #, ask for 10th number, ask for 2d number...then you'll bleed the rear, it'll bleed the abs, you bleed the driver's rear, it'll bleed the abs, you bleed the abs, it'll bleed the abs, you bleed the front pass, it'll bleed the abs, you bleed the driver's front, it'll bleed the abs.

then, after all that, you bleed the abs and it'll bleed it again. then, the scan tool will check and see if everything is ok, and you may have to possibly do it again...all of it.

it may ask you to completely empty the res and refill with fresh fluid...which you should do any way...but then you'll have to start from step one...crazy.
