Hacked rear spring cause bad alignment?

My steering is cocked to the left and tires are going bald up front fast. Not worried as new tires will be arriving shortly. But I would like to fix the problem.
Can 1 hacked rear spring mess up the alignment in our cars? One of the rear springs was hacked over a year ago to compensate for a bad lean from a bent kmember. kmember was fixxed but spring was never removed. I have the correct springs but not the time to do it right now as the car is not running. Just curious.

The only thing that the spring being cut will affect is ride hieght and suspension performance.
