Got my set of Bilsteins got a question on dust cover?

I got my full set of Bilstein's today, they came with only 2 blue dust covers.
I was told the fronts would not have the spring perches, dust covers, and bump stop...
So I take it these 2 covers that came with the set are for the rear??
Wonder why the fronts don't come with them if the rears do??

Because they expect you to re-use the Factory spring perches, dust covers, and bump stop assembly. Basically its a cost cutting measure to keep the price down.
