Two days ago I replaced the back brakes. New rotors pads and calipers. Today I noticed that there is a black glaze over the rotors. The wheels spin freely with the car in the air so the brakes arend dragging too badly. I'm just mad because my new shiny rotors now have a dull black strip on them. Any ideas what could be causing this?
