Fully Loaded Z - Front Suspension Height?

Recently I lowered my car and it seems the front is a bit lower than what I had expected. My friends car has almost no options in it and is a hardtop (and probably a lot lighter than my car). How big of a difference does the weight of a car have on the height of the front of the car?

Before lowing my car, the front still wasn't nearly as high as my friends front with stock springs. Is this normal? Our cars were at least an inch different in the front's when I was stock. Now it's even more because i'm lowered...

TTT - Anyone have any insight on this?
AC Condenser, Pump, Piping, power locks, windows, mirrors, alarm, alarm system, leather interior, seat motor, convertable top & pump, fog lights, A4 etc...

This stuff must weigh a tonne. How much could this all affect ride height?

Re: Fully Loaded Z - Front Suspension Height?

GM was bad about putting different weight springs on different cars. Two cars coming off the line together might have different springs on them.

My 96 Formula sat really low stock.

I bought a set of stock springs from a 99 Trans Am and when installed they lifted my car an inch.
