Front end click/knock?

alright guys, i have a 94' Z28, A4, all stock suspension and everything. When im at slow speeds, usually from a light or stop sign, and i have the wheel turned, i get a really noticeable knock from the front end. It feels like its only one spot because it will happen then the wheels will make a full rotation and i feel it again, than when im at higher speeds, i dont feel it. what could this be?

check wheel bearings. that's one of the signs of failure. lift the car off the ground and take off the wheel. pick up on the studs and feel for play. there shouldnt be ANY. could also be a ball joint on the lower control arms.
