Edelbrock Shocks 0r Blisten?

I need to replace my front shocks on my '94 Firebird Trans AM in the near future and since I want to eventually upgrade my suspension I am doing some research into the different brands and what they offer. I would like a smoother ride, but don't want to sacrifice performance.

p.s.
I have the 25th anniversary ed. I was wondering if that particular model came with a suspension upgrade?

Get the bilsteins and call it a day... If you are going to do anything handling related in this car (auto x, track days, etc.) your gonna want the bislteins. They are a better shock, and still maintain a smooth comfy ride.

I doubt that I will be taking her to the track anytime soon, but my dream is to eventually get her into show room condition.
