i posted this in the lounge because i really wasn't sure where it belonged but it is suspension related so i'd appreciate an opinion.

i purchased one of their new tubular torque arms for my 91z. the one they just came out with for 82-02 f-body that's adjustable and tubular. well to make the long story short it snapped at the welds as i was driving out of the garage right after install. i sent it to them right away and they've had it for 6 weeks now. i thought it might have been a fluke but 3 others in my area snapped as well.

first week or two they would return my calls and explained that there was a problem and they were retooling it. i asked what they had in mind to compensate me and they said they would send out a hat.

well it's been almost 7 weeks now and they aren't returning my calls. any idea what i should or can do?

that sucks.

I'd get them to give me my money back, and buy something better.


And I would be calling htem every day, twise a day if needed.
