Earls Stainless Fr Lines W BMR K-member(lt1)

Well put bmr tubualr kmember in my car along w earls ss fr lines---they seemed a little tight when going lock to lock---i bent tabs up and gained a little slack but still blew hose while driving---anyone know if Ls1 lines are longer or am i going to have to have them made---thanks

They are longer but the braided part is actually a little shorter. ISTR the caliper end fitting had about 6" ot steel line before the flex part. If you're careful, it's easy to bend and angle towards the body bracket. At least one person has written that the C5 Vette lines are longer. BTW, this was with the UMI C5 brake conversion, I used the LS1 Russell lines, I believe Earl's are the same.

Thanks-- i never even thought to look at the ends!!! i had already tossed my stock ones--Damn that was a waste of $$$... Thanks for the info!! Def will be useful
