Two weeks ago I installed J&M LCA's, UMI Bolt in lower control arm relocation brackets, UMI On car adjustable PHB, and SLP/Bilstein shocks and springs. The LCA's have no provision for adding grease so I loaded them up with it when I put them on there. How long is that going to last? How often should I be adding grease to the PHB grease fitting? And is there any kind of grease or something that I should be using for the rod end fitting on the PHB? I remember seing like a rod end cover but cant remember where I saw that at. Thanks.
