I let some dumb *** drive my car, a 2002 Z28 and she hit a light pole. Ya, I was the dumb *** but not the dumb *** driving. The front pass. side is smashed and that includes the shock tower and the frame on that side is bent. I have another frame from a 95'. I want to lift my body onto that frame. Will it work? Can I do it? Can some one please tell me how to do it with some good details and if it is worth the trouble or if I should just give it up. I love this car and I hate to let it go. I really do need help. Thank-you.

Your car is unibody construction. That means there is no frame separate from the body (except for the k-member under the engine).
