Re: C5 Brake question
To fit perfectly without any problem or modification, you need C5 brake line(les then 20$ each).

Dont be cheap

Re: C5 Brake question
Get the C5 lines... you COULD bend the bracket to make the existing lines fit... but I would never do it. In that area if you make a mistake and the lines pinch on something or break from strain - you've got a BIG problem. The C5 lines are bolt in and the rubber one's are cheap. Just get the longer lines.

Or do like me and DaveK and get C5 braided lines (around 70$/set)

Not meaning to hijack the thread "Black6spdZ" but "Always Faster" I also have 95 and want to change all the lines to braided s.s. and teflon. Does the C5 set include all the lines, front and back?

Nope for 70$ i ve got the front only...but you can find kit for the front and rear for about 110$(earls) at Thunder racing.

Re: C5 Brake question
I almost finished the c5 conversion yesterday. The kit I purchased from Team Chevrolet came with c5 rubber lines. Had to do one small modification with a dremel tool (a flat file will do). My 94 had three "tangs" on the end that connects to the hard line bracket, the c5 rubber line has two. If you go with the rubber lines, you"ll have to file these "tangs" off to make it work, or if you go with stainless i.e Earls, no filing needed because there are no tangs. I did not replace or modify the hard lines because the rubber lines fit perfect. good luck
