C5 Brake Conversion

I would like to do the C5/Z06 brake conversion on my car this summer. Is there anyway to do this anymore without Bishop's conversion brackets you could buy off of here. Any help would be great. thanks

I believe LG Motorsports sells the brackets.

There is a Brake section of the board

Re: C5 Brake Conversion

Pretty positive you can use LS1 spindles and it will work.

Re: C5 Brake Conversion

C5 calipers will not bolt up to the LS1 steering knuckles. You need to buy a bracket that LG sells for it to work. But, from my understanding there are a couple other people on the board making the brackets. Just do a little searching and I'm sure you'll find what you need.

Also, the Baer GT kit is basically the C5 upgrade.

Yes, basically you will need to find a bracket. From what I've read, some of the brackets have to be used with LS1 knuckles though.
