Breaks Clunk?

Not sure if anyone has experienced what I am currently experiencing but this
is what I have :
When I am at a stop or red light and I left off the break there seems to be a light clunk coming from the rear. This clunking is continuos till about 10mph where it will go away and it seems it will do it on every revolution the tire takes. Does anyone know what this can be?
Even if I have my foot on the break so I can slowly move it still does it.

Dont think its my rear brakes since that sound has always been there and
I have replaced my brakes several times

What can I look for?
