Braking problems 3 gen camaro

So I have a 3 gen camaro and it has some dificulties with braking, everything is new in the brakes except the proportioning valve and some brake lines. we tried bleeding the breaks and it got a little better but not much. It breaks very uneven and little and if I break hard it seeks alot to the right side. So now I am wondering if anybody has had similar problems, and replaced the proportion valve, if it fixed this. And if maybe changing brake lines whould do much in this scenario.
