Brakes wore uneven, length wise... ??? Pic attached

What is the problem here? These two pads on the rear passenger side wore uneven as shown in the pic. Whats the problem? The rear driver side was fine. Im afraid to put on my new hawk pads and new rotors now.

Caliper sticking or something?

I could not get teh picture to fully load. Your guide pins my be sticking. Easy to clean. The autoparts store sells little packs of guide pin grease. It does not take much grease. Replace the seals to be safe. The seals are cheap too.
