Brake Swap Question!!

Brake Swap Question!!

Can i use the brake system of a firebird 1998 on my 68 Camaro w drum brakes? Or i need a modification in the actual System? Thx a lot i need to know before buy this system (1998 firebird).

My buddy and I put LS1 brakes on his 67 Camaro. We made all of the brackets. He bought a "disc brake" master cylinder and booster. It can be done, but it is a lot of work. If you don't think you can handle all of the fabrication required to do it, I would advise against attempting it.

We made the brackets. I don't know how much they would cost to buy or even where (or if) you could by them.

There are plenty of bolt on conversions for the first gen. I'm using a Wilwood
