Brake help

Alright well i just replaced the front cable for the ebrake...it works fine but i hear some noise from the rear...like 1 of my cables r stuck somewhat on...i got home and i felt all of the rotors and the dirvers rear was somewhat cool compaired to the others...think thats my problem with the cable being froze or somethin more like the cailper sucking?
