Brake fluid leak from ABS unit?

I had the hood on my 96 up to check the oil and I notice the master cylinder was VERY low. After I topped it off, I started looking for the source of the leak.

Not sure of the exact term, but the ABS component that the brake lines go to directly from the master cylinder appears to have a leak. The block that the lines actually go into has what almost looks like a button, vent or port (best way to describe its appearance) horizontal on the aft side facing aft. This is what appears to be leaking.

I wiped it down real well and will check it every couple of days for leaks along with the master cylinder level. Hopefully I can nurse it along until I have the time to change it out.

Is this fairly common....anyone else have one of these leak on them? What's the real term for it, and how much can I look forward to paying for one?
