Question Brake caliper mounting bracket

Need to replace the rear (Left and right) brake caliper mounting bracket on my 1996 TA. I can only find caliper brackets from 1998 to 2002.
Would the 1998 caliper mounting bracket work on a 1996?

Front or rear? On the front the caliper mounts to the spindel.

Re: Brake caliper mounting bracket

No LS-1's brakes aredifferent on the front & rears.
LT-1 cars didn't have carriers (mounting bracket I believe your talking about)on the front, the rears do.
The option you have is to get buy a new bracket online or direct from GM or go down to Oriley's or Advanced Auto and buy a set of remanufactured loaded calipers they come with carriers.
