I'm going to guess that you can get to the bolts from under the dash to the left of the steering column.
Not 100% but that's the way they come out on third generations.
You will have to pull the panel off to get under the dash.

dont forget to remove the master cyl first, 2 bolts for the master cylinder and 4 bolts for the brake booster

on my 3rd gen, should be the same on 4th
