Blisten HD or Blisten SLP?
Blisten HD or Blisten SLP?
I've pretty much decided that the blisten HDs fit my req's and price range, but I just noticed these blisten 'SLP valved' shocks when I was about to order them........are these any good vs. the std. f-body blisten HDs?

Re: Blisten HD or Blisten SLP?
Assuming you still have stock springs, the HDs would be the better choice. The SLP shocks are designed to work with the SLP specific SS (Eibach-but not pro kit) springs.
Might be a bit firmer ride, but certainly better handling.

I don't mean to steal the thread, but would the SLP Bilsteins work alright with my BMR 1" lowering springs since they are made for the Eibach SLP springs? I think the the Eibach SLP springs lower the car an inch.

For the ultimate compromise in a dual-purpose shock that's not adjustable, SLP's shocks are it.
The SLP version isn't as aggressive as the standard Bilsteins and will provide you with a better ride.

What is it that you're not sure of here?
The SLP bilstein units are designed specifically for the SLP Eibach springs, which do indeed lower the car a little bit when compared to stock springs.
The bilstein HD shocks are designed for stock springs, not lowering springs.
